Born on September 30, 1944, in Kano State, Okoli hails from Nnewi, Anambra State. She trained as a pharmacist in Nigeria before earning further qualifications at the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom.

Philanthropy: The Chike Okoli Foundation
Beyond business, Okoli established the Chike Okoli Foundation in memory of her late son. The foundation funds research into breast and prostate cancer and runs healthcare awareness and education programs across Nigeria.
