Former NAPTIP Director-General, Julie Okah-Donli, has alleged that some women use steroids to fake pregnancy and later buy babies to deceive their husbands.
In a viral clip from _Kaa Truths Podcast_ shared on July 14, Okah-Donli said the women are injected with steroids to cause bloating and a large stomach.
“They look pregnant, but they are not pregnant,” she said. “When their husbands are around, they pretend to have morning sickness.”
She alleged that the babies are presented to the husbands after they travel or are sent on errands. Some women, she claimed, even undergo fake CS procedures “to make it look like they had a CS.”
Okah-Donli also called for maternity DNA tests during paternity disputes, saying many cases may involve purchased babies rather than infidelity.
“Most of them say they have twins, triplets, quadruplets because it’s easier for them to just buy them once and for all,” she added.
